There is no fixed piece count because there is no predetermined design.
We study the architecture, the approach, the entrances, the sightlines, and the experience you want someone to have when they arrive. Then we design around the space itself and source the season to fit the plan.
No payment is due until we have scoped the work together.

Estate & acreage
Long approaches, expansive entries, wide stairs, multiple elevations, and properties where the design needs enough scale to feel intentional from both the driveway and the front door.
Multi-entry homes
Front entry. Side entry. Courtyard. Garage bays. Guest entrance. Rather than treating each area as a separate display, we can design them as one connected composition so the entire property feels considered.
Commercial spaces
Boutiques, offices, clubs, hospitality spaces, clinics, restaurants, and other businesses that want an entrance people notice before they ever walk through the door.
Weddings & events
Ceremonies, receptions, showers, private parties, corporate events, and seasonal celebrations can be designed as full Commission projects. The palette, scale, placement, and atmosphere are built around the occasion.

Process
How a Commission comes together

Show us the space
Send photographs, plans, inspiration, and details about the property or event. Once we’ve reviewed them, we’ll schedule an on-site walk-through. Every Commission includes a walk-through so we can understand the scale, architecture, sightlines, access, and details that photographs alone can’t fully show.

We establish the direction
We develop the overall palette, scale, areas to be styled, and design direction based on the space and your goals.

We source for the design
Once the direction is established, sourcing is planned around the installation and the best available pieces of the season.
- 04
We bring it to life
We deliver, compose, style, and finish the installation on site. Every Commission includes White Glove Removal. When the season is over, we return to take down and remove the installation for you.

Final pricing depends on the size of the property, number of areas being designed, quantities, specialty sourcing, selected enhancements, travel, installation requirements, and overall scope.
You’ll know the scope and the price before we move forward.
There is no “standard” Commission. That is the point.
A Commission may be a dramatic single entrance.

It may become something neither of us had imagined before we saw the space.
