The Porch Gallery is an artist-led seasonal design studio serving Southeastern Wisconsin and select North and Northwest Chicago suburbs. This policy covers theporchgallery.com and the Client Folio.

Information you give us

When you reserve a collection, inquire, or sign in to your Client Folio, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone number, installation address, property notes, photographs you upload, seasonal preferences, and the acknowledgments and signature recorded with your service agreement. We use this to plan, schedule and fulfill your reservation and to communicate with you about it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are handled by Stripe, not stored by us. We retain payment status, amounts, and the reservation record tied to your Folio.

Analytics and advertising technologies

This site uses Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to record aggregate usage, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, clicks and scrolling, and whether a reservation step was started or completed. Meta may use this information for measurement and advertising, including showing you our ads on Meta platforms.

We also store a small amount of information in your browser to make the site work: your sign-in session, and the collection or finishing touches you selected so they carry from one screen to the next. Private invitation pages record only the short arrival slug from the link you used, so we know which invitation reached you.

You can limit this at any time through your browser cookie settings, private browsing, tracking-prevention settings, or your Meta ad preferences.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make this business run: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email provider, and the analytics and advertising tools named above. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and access

Reservation, agreement and payment records are retained for our business, accounting and legal needs. To ask what we hold, request a correction, or request deletion of information we are not required to keep, email hello@theporchgallery.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
