Can I choose specific pumpkin varieties for my fall porch display?

Accepted Answer

We can work toward a color and style direction, but exact pumpkin varieties cannot be guaranteed. Each week the harvest determines which shapes, sizes, colors and heirloom varieties are available. What is guaranteed is the quantity and category minimums listed for the collection you reserve. Your artist selects the best of that week’s harvest and composes the collection from there.

How many pumpkins are included in a fall porch collection?

Accepted Answer

Each Fall collection lists a guaranteed minimum count. You will never receive fewer than the listed minimums, and your artist may add a few additional seasonal pieces when the scale or composition calls for them. The minimum is the promise. The composition is the final word.

Question 3

What is Oomph, and can I add extra pumpkins, mums, lights or greenery?

For the client who looked at beautiful and thought: a little more. Oomph is where you add height, glow, texture, scale and other finishing touches to your Fall or Winter collection. Fall and Winter each have their own Oomph. With Full-Service Installation, your artist works those additions into the composition. With Gallery Drop, they are curated alongside your collection and delivered for you to place.

Question 4

Will my fall or winter porch installation look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

No two Porch Gallery collections are exactly alike. Gallery photography shows palette, scale and design direction rather than a fixed arrangement. Seasonal material changes with the harvest, and every collection is composed for the property and the pieces available that week.

Question 5

Can I request neutral, white, sage or other fall color palettes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you reserve, tell us the colors and tones you love and anything you would rather avoid. Your artist uses those preferences as a guide while selecting your collection. Exact varieties and shades change with the harvest. If you want a fully tonal palette built around whites, creams, ivory, sage and softer heirlooms, explore Custom Neutrals & Whites.

Question 6

Are gourds included in your fall porch decorating collections?

Accepted Answer

Gourds are included in Regency and Baroque. They are not guaranteed in Classic, although an artist may occasionally add one when the composition calls for it.

What is the difference between pumpkin delivery and full-service porch installation?

Accepted Answer

Gallery Drop is our eye, your hands. We curate the collection for your property and palette, then deliver it for you to style. Full-Service Installation is you send the photos, we take it from there. We curate, deliver and compose the installation on site, then photograph the finished result for your Client Folio. Fall and Winter can each be reserved either way.

Question 8

Do I need to be home for my fall or winter porch installation?

Accepted Answer

No. Most Full-Service clients are not home while we work. Upload photos and notes to your Client Folio before the final photo deadline so your artist can plan with the property in mind. After that cutoff, remaining placement and design decisions are made by your artist on site.

Question 9

Is the installation week I select guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

The week you choose is your preferred installation week. Reserving holds your place with us for the season, and we do everything we can to honor the week you requested. Each season is routed around client locations, project scope, existing reservations and overall capacity, so your final installation window may fall a little earlier or later. We confirm your final installation timing inside your Client Folio as your route is finalized.

Question 10

Can I schedule my seasonal porch installation for a specific date?

Accepted Answer

You can request a Priority Date when you reserve. There is no charge to submit the request, and we review it based on location, route availability and the installation calendar. If approved, we send a separate payment link for the $149 Priority Date fee. An exact date is confirmed only after approval and payment.

Question 11

How long do porch pumpkins last outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Whole, healthy pumpkins can often last 8 to 12 weeks or longer in good conditions. Heat, direct sun, moisture and wildlife can shorten that window. If you want your fall porch display looking its best through Thanksgiving, an October preferred installation week is usually the safer choice.

Question 12

What if a pumpkin starts to spoil or wildlife gets into my display?

Accepted Answer

Pumpkins are fresh agricultural products, so weather, wildlife and individual aging are outside our control. If one begins to soften or rot, remove it promptly so it does not speed deterioration of nearby pumpkins.

Question 13

Can I rearrange my porch display after it arrives?

Accepted Answer

With Gallery Drop, absolutely. Arrange it, move it and add your own touches whenever you like. With Full-Service Installation, we recommend leaving the artist’s placement as composed because the scale and balance were designed for the property. You can add Oomph at reservation if you want more worked into the original composition.

What happens to my seasonal porch display when the season is over?

Accepted Answer

White Glove Removal is included with The Regency and The Baroque when you choose Full-Service Installation. It is $149 for The Classic with Full-Service Installation, and $149 with any Gallery Drop collection. Commission includes White Glove Removal. Without removal, the seasonal materials are yours to enjoy, compost, reuse or dispose of. Traditions clients receive the Fall-to-Winter Seasonal Transition. If Fall was Full-Service, we remove the Fall composition when Winter arrives. If Fall was Gallery Drop, gather only Porch Gallery seasonal materials for pickup. End-of-Winter removal remains optional.

Why does neutral and white fall porch decorating have seasonal pricing?

Accepted Answer

White, cream, ivory, sage, muted peach, gray-green and unusual heirloom pumpkins are among the least predictable parts of the harvest. Availability, size and cost change from harvest to harvest. Custom Neutrals & Whites is priced around the actual neutral and specialty material available for your composition. You will know the scope and price before we move forward.

Do you deliver real Christmas trees and fresh greenery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the collection, we deliver fresh-cut Christmas trees, real evergreen wreaths, fresh garland, evergreen porch pots and other seasonal greenery. Full-Service installations are styled on site, while Gallery Drop is delivered for you to style.

Will fresh Christmas greenery look exactly the same every year?

Accepted Answer

No. Fresh winter greenery varies naturally by season. Exact evergreen varieties, colors, textures, fullness and shapes change with availability. The categories and minimum quantities listed for your collection are guaranteed. Your artist selects the best wreaths, garland, branches, berries and seasonal accents available when the collection is composed.

Which winter porch decorating packages include a fresh Christmas tree?

Accepted Answer

Regency and Baroque each include one approximately 6 to 8 ft fresh-cut outdoor evergreen tree. Classic can add a fresh-cut tree through Winter Oomph. Trees are delivered undecorated. Species, exact height, shape and fullness vary with seasonal availability.

Question 19

Can I upgrade to a larger fresh-cut Christmas tree?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is an exchange, not an additional tree. Where your collection already includes a 6 to 8 ft tree, you can exchange it for a larger one: 8 to 9 ft for $98, 9 to 10 ft for $198, 10 to 12 ft for $298, or an oversized artist-sourced evergreen for $398.

Can you add warm lights to fresh winter greenery and garland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gallery Glow adds warm micro-light treatments to winter greenery. Regency includes 1 Gallery Glow, which is 2 warm micro-light treatments. Baroque includes 2 Gallery Glows, which is 4 treatments. Classic can add Gallery Glow through Winter Oomph. Additional Gallery Glow can be added through Winter Oomph at the current published rate for Gallery Drop or Full-Service Installation.

Do you offer Christmas greenery and winter porch removal?

White Glove Winter Removal is included with The Regency and The Baroque when you choose Full-Service Installation. Otherwise it is $149. The Traditions Collection includes the Fall-to-Winter Seasonal Transition, not end-of-Winter removal.

Question 22

Can I book fall and winter porch decorating together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Traditions Collection lets you reserve both seasons together while choosing each season independently. Fall and Winter can each be Gallery Drop or Full-Service Installation, and collection levels can be mixed. Fall stays at its published price. The Winter core collection receives 10% preferred Traditions pricing, plus priority access to Winter transition dates and the included Fall-to-Winter Seasonal Transition. Fall and Winter selections, scheduling, updates and photographs live together in one private Client Folio. Oomph, additions and end-of-Winter removal are priced separately.

Question 23

How do payments work when I reserve a seasonal porch installation?

Accepted Answer

You may choose to pay in full or, when your reservation is outside the 21-day window, split the reservation into two payments. With split payment, 50% is due when you reserve. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file 21 days before your scheduled installation date. Reservations made inside the 21-day window are paid in full at booking.

Do you provide seasonal decorating for businesses, events and commercial spaces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with storefronts, offices, estates, restaurants, venues, weddings, showers, anniversary parties, photo settings and other spaces beyond the home. Larger properties, multiple spaces, events or projects built completely from scratch may be better suited to The Commission.

We serve Southeastern Wisconsin and select North and Northwest Chicago suburbs. If you are unsure about your address, send it our way and we will confirm.
