You may browse and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, scrape, republish or resell our photographs, copy, collection names or pricing without written permission.

Reservations and the service agreement

Nothing on this site is a contract. A reservation is complete when you complete the reservation flow, sign the Installation & Services Agreement for your installation state, and your payment is confirmed. That agreement, including its scheduling, access, materials, cancellation and dispute terms, governs the work and controls if anything here conflicts with it. Your signed agreement is available in your Client Folio.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown are current for the published season and may change before you reserve. Dates, collections and finishing touches are subject to availability. Service is limited to the areas listed on our Service Area page. Payment options, including the balance due before installation, are described in the reservation flow and in your agreement.

Imagery and seasonal materials

Gallery images are artist-curated examples and may include Oomph, additional seasonal materials, custom enhancements or larger-scale work selected by the client. Your collection includes the guaranteed minimum quantities and materials listed for the option you reserve. Because every collection is built from fresh natural materials, exact colors, varieties, shapes, textures and species vary with the season. The numbers are the minimum. The design is the final word.

Client Folio accounts

Your Folio is private to you and anyone you invite to your household. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has reached your Folio.

Third-party services

This site relies on third parties for hosting, payments, email and analytics. Their handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty for the website

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for typographical errors, temporary outages, or content on sites we link to. This does not limit any warranty or obligation in your signed service agreement.
